SOLVED: Preview/editor bugs

there are lots of preview bugs happening lately. especially when duplicating and moving elements/groups. (ctrl+shift+d I use shortcuts a lot to build layouts fast :sunglasses: I am the speed )

I am refreshing the editor to see what is happening most of the time.
today at least 10 times I refreshed the editor to fix preview bugs.

I don’t know where to start there is to many (similar) bugs. maybe they are related. not sure yet.

for now, I will just report this one;

  • image selection not updating. after duplicating the image 3 times I gone back to select first image element added image and gone to 3. one and select image but first image didn’t get updated. had to select it again. sometimes I refresh the editor to see changes. this one was little forgiving.

there is lots of similar instances happening

sometimes I duplicate a element or group of elements move somewhere else but literally that element or group doesn’t move or even disappears not render at all. so weird. :slight_smile:

here another editor bug maybe related maybe not

unless I click on the structure panel element settings not showing up on left

opened console if there was .js error but no error or trace. it is just another invisible bug.

I see the sort of stuff you are talking about. It is not just lately, but for many months.

I have filed a bug report somewhere about not seeing duplicated elements change when edited. I may have filed that bug by email.

Thanks so much for your report!

I reproduced the “image selection” issue and added it to the bug tracker.
For your second example, I don’t know how to reproduce it yet. Can you provide more details?

Hi guys,

We’ve fixed this issue in Bricks 1.10 beta, now available as a manual download in your account (see changelog).

Please let us know if you are still experiencing issues.

As with any beta release, please do not use it on a production/live website. It is only meant for testing in a local or staging environment.
