I made my CPT and a template for single post CPT. (with jetengine)
I have a related post query and (only) in editor not render the text in query editor. You can see the second grid (it is the renderes list is ok, but where I can edit the query elements, cant see anyhing.)
In frontend is working good.
I tried out to render it with basic text element and it working good! (second screenshot)

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the issue. Can you show me your query settings or send us temporary access data?

I have seen, you did login to the admin side (turned off all of plugins 
) . Did you checked the problem? Thanks you answer.
We are still working to reproduce the problem on our server. So far, I have not been able to… 
Edit: Now we are - I’ve added the issue to the bug tracker.
