SOLVED: Possible to remove add to cart, adding and added text for Add to cart element

hello bricks team,

In the bricks settings, the AJAX add to cart option is enabled. But if we add an element like an icon in the query loop and set the add to cart link to it, when we click on that product, it will not be added to the shopping cart via ajax.

Please may I know what is the expected result and main objective when using Icon element instead of Add to cart element?

What if the Add to cart element allows you to remove the “Add to cart”, “Adding” and “Added” text?

If we implemented a logic like your scenario, when the user clicks the icon, The “Adding” and “Added” text will replace the Icon too. Some more, you have no way to configure what icon to use in Adding and Added states.

Thank you for following this report.

This is great. It would also be great if there was a way to remove the default text for “Adding” and “Added.” Then we could create a beautiful add to cart button like this site (in query loop).

If in this case, we will not use your setup ({woo_add_to_cart} as the Icon link) for this thread.

Instead, we will improve the Add to cart element to allow the removal text for different AJAX states.
