SOLVED: Popup Builder - Mouse Leave Window not working with FireFox/Safari

Bricks Version: 1.6 Beta
Browsers: Firefox 106.0.5, FireFox Dev 108.0b2, Safari 15.3
OS: MacOS 11.6.4

I have followed the instructions on Popup Builder – Bricks Academy and when I set my popup to open, globably, when the mouse leaves the window, in FireFox browser the popup is not opeining. When I tested in incognito, FireFox Dev, and Safari browser it still did not work. Tried in Chrome, Edge and Brave, it is working properly.
