SOLVED: Padding Top Level in Mobile Menu doesnt work

Hi guys

I am completely new to Bricks and I hope it is a Bug and not my faulty knowledge, but when I add the padding to the Top Level Menu in the Mobile Menu, nothing happens.

If you cant see the video, I also attached a picture:
