In the filter - radio field

using taxonomy query to filter i dont get the custom label. id like to rename All Categories to something else when filtering. other wordpress and custom fields you can

in the new filters, in radio/button you can rename the label. if selecting wordpress field or custom field, that is.

if selecting taxonomy field, this disappears. is it meant not to be there? i wanted to rename All Categories to something else etc etc. so i cant rename all categories to for example: All Pizzas
