I notice that the Gap when styled in a custom class only works for the desktop version of the menu and not when it is in mobile.
To get it to work in mobile you must style Gap at the ID level.

You’re right, the top-level gap is overwritten by the default gap in the mobile menu. I have added it to the bug tracker.

We’ve fixed this issue in Bricks 2.0 RC2, now available as a manual download in your account (see changelog).
Please let us know if you are still experiencing issues.
As with any pre-stable release, please do not use it on a production website. It is intended for testing in a local or staging environment only.
