Hello there!

When configuring memcached caching and activating plugin Memcached Object Cache – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org a fatal error appears.

How do I fix it?

Hello @parktechno ,

May I know did you install ACF Extended Pro as well?
I am able to reproduce this issue and seems like this will happen on some object cache plugins.
Could you please provide a temp admin access to this website so I could test if our code can tackle the problem? (via help@bricksbuilder.io or private message me in forum)

Regards,
Jenn

Hi @itchycode,

I get the same fatal error with ACF Extended. It only happens when I enable Redis object cache. I have a website that you can test out if needed.

Sure yes, Please provide login details with the rights to use the Theme file editor.
Thanks!

Just sent the login info to the email provided above. Thanks!

Yes, this plugin is installed on the site Advanced Custom Fields: Extended — Плагин для WordPress | WordPress.org Русский It is possible that the error occurs because of it.

I’ll send you access later.

Hi @parktechno

If you had already sent the temp admin access to help@bricksbuilder.io, please let me know your website URL as we do receive plenty of WordPress password change notification emails, and not sure which one is yours.
Thanks.

Jenn
