SOLVED: Maximum posts per page not working

Bricks Version: 1.6.1.
Browser: Chrome 90
OS: macOS

When I try to set a maximum amount of posts per page, in my case 9, it is not working on the front end. It does work for the Dutch version, but the English version just ignores all the rules set (i.e. Via Bricks query loop and via WordPress reading settings). Also good to know: it does work on the backend, just not the front end.

Any help would be appreciated!

Which translation plugin do you use? Polylang?
Dutch is the primary language?

Just use the bricks/posts/merge_query Filter will do.
