SOLVED: Maintenance Mode / Coming soon custom template - translations not working (WPML)

Hi,
I’m trying to activate maintenance mode with custom Single Template and added translations to the template.

  1. But it seems the translations are not possible for Single Template ?
  2. Is this a bug or a feature request ?
    • Could you please consider adding support for or fixing showing translations on Single Template types when using maintenance or coming soon modes.

I’m using WPML plugin for translations.

Hi @ardi,

Yup, you’re right, this is a bug as it’s not pulling the correct template. I have added this to our internal bug tracker.

Hello, does not seem to work with Polylang though, using v. 1.12.4

This report is about WPML, not Polylang. However, the Polylang maintenance issue should be fixed in 2.0 :v:

Sorry…I was a bit lazy and did not create a new thread.
While searching for a possible bug, I used Maintenance as keyword and saw this WPML post.
Will test with 2.0 (haven’t upgraded yet).
