SOLVED: Logo has unwanted spacing

The logo has padding to the left, top and bottom that I can’t seem to remove. I gave the logo a background so it’s easier to see.

How? There is none added…

Hey Joe,

your SVG file isn’t cropped ideally and contains white space around all sides as you can see when opening it in a graphics software:

Ok, not aware. I re-exported it for that reason 2 times. WIll try to look into it, not sure how…

You are too kind sir. It worked! But I’m still a bit wondering why it was not cropped decently. I did this a million times, never had this before, and in Affinity Designer there’s no reason to think it would have space…
