SOLVED: Issue with Popup Element Animation

I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I encountered after the last update (I am not sure of the specific version). It appears that the popup element is not functioning properly, specifically the “Start animation” action within the interaction condition for the popup.

I have attached a screenshot for your reference. These conditions were working flawlessly with the previous version of Bricks Builder.

Can you elaborate what exactly is not working? Doesn’t the popup appear at all? Does it appear too late?

Can you please create a small screencast demonstrating the issue and/or share a URL with us so we can see the issue in action?

Thank you for your response.

Yes, the popup doesn’t appear at all. I believe the issue is with the “start animation” action, because changing the action to “show element” (as shown in the attached screenshot) makes it work. However, in this case, there won’t be any animation.

I also want to confirm that “start animation” action was working correctly with the previous version of Bricks Builder.

thanks for the additional details. We just released Bricks 1.8.5. Can you please update your site and see if it works as expected after the update?

At the moment the scroll offset only works with pixel values though.

Hello André,

The issue has been resolved after updating Bricks to version 1.8.5. However, I would like to mention that the scroll effect is working with % and vh values in addition to pixels.
