SOLVED: How to do the background image darkening affect?

I am trying to convert an Elementor site in Bricks - now I am stuck with this image as a background (dynamic data) and a dark color overlay over it…

Here is the original (old) Elementor version and here is the (new) Bricks one I am trying to recreate.
