SOLVED: Fluent Forms Styling is removed in Bricks Builder

Bricks Version: 1.5
Browser: Chrome 90
OS: macOS / Windows / Linux / etc.
URL: (a link to a page that illustrates the issue would be really helpful)

Hi there,

When I create a Fluent Forms form that has been styled by their style customizer and I go to add it using a shortcode in Bricks Builder, all the styling is stripped from the form.

Hi Brian,
Possibly the problems are related to this: WIP: Warnings when editing Fluent Forms fields in Design Mode

We are looking into the problem as soon as possible.

Thank you so much.

Brian

Any update on this defect for us? Seems like it’s getting long in the tooth, surprised this hasn’t been fixed yet as FluentForms is a very common form plugin.

It is still in progress, alongside some other Fluent Form issues we received via ticket. Otherwise, it would be in the changelog and I would have already marked the thread as solved, as you know

Totally. Just seemed unusual to be a WIP for so long. Was hoping there was an update or ETA for resolution by now. Guessing this won’t be solved in the very next version (which I’m assuming is due out any day now) but hopefully the version after that.

Hey @b_rougeau ,
We did a couple of tests and cannot spot styling issues related to Bricks/Shortcodes.

However, the styles from the Custom (Advanced Customization) Form Template seem to partially overwrite themselves, which is not due to Bricks, but to Fluent Forms.

Can you please check again if your problem persists (and if it happens using a default theme)?
If so, please send us access data, a link to this thread, and some more information about the issue in detail to help@bricksbuilder.io

Best regards,
timmse

Hi,
I cannot reproduce any styling issues with Bricks 1.7 beta, now available as a manual download in your Bricks account: Account – Bricks

Please let us know if you are still experiencing issues.

Best regards,
