SOLVED: Fixed background works fine in the builder, but isn't fixed when the page is viewed in the browser

I have a 100vh tall image with a logo over it. In the builder, the background image stays put, while the logo and the lower section scroll up, eventually covering over the image. That is the behavior I am going for. But when I publish the page, the image section, complete with logo, scrolls up.

I’ve created a page that illustrates this behavior. It’s fine in the builder (and preview), but broken when I publish the page and view it. Did I miss a step? I see threads about similar behaviors on mobile, but I didn’t find one on desktop.

How do I fix this? Thanks!

it’s the bricks forge smooth scroller. try changing to Lenis.

You are correct! I disabled it and the fixed background is working. Thank you for the assist!
