SOLVED: Filter not working when access from URL

Browser: Edge latest
OS: All
URL: Transplantologie – ChiesiNews.eu
Video: Short screen recording that illustrates this issue (free tool: jam.dev)

I have created an Archive template for mine blog posts with custom taxonomy filter. If I use this filter from taxonomy Archive, it works perfecty normal:

  • filter applied well
  • I can delete active filters etc. works perfectly normal

Transplantologie – ChiesiNews.eu

However, when I directly access the page with filter in URL, then it doesn’t work properly. How do I fix this?

  • filter is applied well
  • cannot unset or change filtered query with dropdown

Hi Ales,
Thanks so much for your report!

Unfortunately, your website is password protected, so I can’t access it. However, your problem may already have been solved with Bricks 1.12. Would you please test this?

If it still doesn’t work, please send temporary login credentials and a link to this thread to help@bricksbuilder.io using the email address you used during the purchase.

Best regards,
timmse

I am sorry, the password is: paprika

I will try and let you know.

Solved with 1.12, thanks!

Perfect! Have a great day :v:

Hi @timmse I think I have a similar issue. Using the latest version of Bricks, the filter is applied on the blog page, it works as expected in the builder when viewing from the front end but on the live site, when clicking a button/filter option, it greys out then if I refresh the page, the correct filtered items appear.

Onl allows one embed so here it is on the live url:

Any help would be appreciated

Hi @bricks_irry,
welcome to the forum!

I just tested your filter and it works fine on my end. No need to reload/refresh anything
