SOLVED: Extra <li> inside dropdown

My structure:

I used a div (changed it to li) to loop through categories inside a nestable menu in my header and got an extra li with commented code:

Is it possible to understand when this will be fixed? I cannot update Bricks until that as it breaks my menu…

We fixed this issue in Bricks 2.0 alpha, now available as a manual download in your account (see changelog).

Please let us know if you are still experiencing issues.

As with any pre-stable release, please do not use it on a production/live website. It is only meant for testing in a local or staging environment.

Thanks. Definitely I can’t use alpha on the project, so i had to hide :empty items so far.
