If a code element is used, and the checkbox “Render without wrapper” is checked, the styles applied to the element are not working.
Hi @darpet,
thank you for your report. I think that if you need styles, then you have to add a wrapper since they will be applied to that wrapper.
Because if you render without a wrapper, we don’t know to which element of your code to apply it.
But, I also found that if you select “render without wrapper” and you add some styles, it will work on Canvas, but will not work on front end.
I’ll create an internal bug task about this.
Best regards,
Matej
@Matej the same is also true for templates if you select “render without wrapper” .

Hello @Matej,
If you do not have a wrapper a styling may be needed in many case no matter of the wrapper, expecially if I use one element, like iframe or similar.
A logical way to do it is to apply the styling to the first element (or choose id of the other elements if there are multiple, not sure if this makes sense)
If this is not possible for any reason, then the styling tab should be disabled.
Regards,
Darko
Thank you guys, I’ve added these two things to the report.

Please let us know if you are still experiencing issues.
You can see the full changelog here: Bricks 1.11 Changelog – Bricks
