SOLVED: Cross-Selling Display Problem with Bricks 1.10 and Above

Hello,

On my WooCommerce Single Product Page, I use the “Cross-selling” element to display other selected products.

Up until Bricks version 1.9.9, it worked as intended.

However, if I upgrade to Bricks 1.10 or above, the cross-selling section shows random products (always the same ones) instead of the ones I selected for each product.

If I downgrade to Bricks 1.9.9, it works correctly again.

The problem persists even with all plugins disabled.

If I switch to another theme, the issue disappears.

Could you please help me understand what I should do to fix this without being forced to use Bricks 1.9.9?

first, I’m sorry that I didn’t update this forum post before. We discussed a solution with the team (and found it), and then I forgot to update you here. :frowning:

It’s been two months now, and I’m still experiencing the same issue with Bricks 1.11.

Do you have a fix available? I dont feel good not being able to update Brciks.

It’s working fine now on my staging site. I’ll implement it on the main site and get back to you if any issues arise, but it should be fine.
