SOLVED: Cover is shown for background even though it's not the default

I have an image as a background image. The placeholder says it’s set to Cover but it look like it isn’t:

Did you check the CSS output with the inspector?

I’m not able to reproduce this on my side.

I was able to replicate this for background images set inside of a query loop. We’ll have it fixed in the coming update.
