SOLVED: Childless not giving Top level categories / query loop

trying out bricks. I just did a page that aims to display top level woo categories with childless setting on as I only need top level

when this setting is active I get top level categories but not the first one and I get an element that is a child of the non apearing one. I belive this is a bug as its not consitant unless I am not understanding well how this works

solved the problem by using parent id = 0 but still the childless does not work.

Hi Guillermo,
Welcome to the forum and thanks for reaching out!

Can you please attach your settings as a screenshot or screen capture so I can possibly reproduce or identify the problem?

Best regards,
timmse

hi there, sorry about it but I deleted the settings ones I got a way arround by setting the parent id to “0”…

Hey Guillermo,
all right, thanks for the info!

I took a closer look at the “problem” in the meantime and yes, parent: 0 is the correct value in your case. “Childless” only means that the category has no children, but not that it is a parent category.
