Basically as you can see in the video I am attempting to change the row gap. But when I change it nothing happens. However if I save and refresh, you can see the changes I made. This just started happening today.
I already tried disabling all plugins except bricks and it still happens. Re-installed everything and made sure I was up to date.

Do you remember what you were working on, before this stopped updating it live? Also, some other things to consider:
If it still does not work with only Bricks installed and active, then you can send temporary login credentials to your test/staging website and a link to this topic to help@bricksbuilder.io using the email address you used during the purchase, so we can take a look?

I should mention that while I showed gap in the video, the issue is happening with other css changes too.
I do think I’ve found part of the issue. If I copy and paste a section from one page to another, the copied section is the section that shows this behaviour. If I change the copied section ID to something else then preview changes are restored.
Can you copy-paste the section here, so I check it locally?

Pages/templates not using this template seem to be fine.

when you are pasting content into the forum, you need to wrap it in to the preformatted text (code block), otherwise it’s not usable.
However, you said that you have a lot of issues with the template, I suggest you list and describe how to replicate all issues - or you can record a video with voice for each of them, and you send temporary login credentials to your test/staging website and a link to this topic to help@bricksbuilder.io using the email address you used during the purchase, so we can have a look?
