Bricks Version : 1.5.6
I’m struggling with the archive templates. If a category archive has posts assigned to it, everything works well. But, if the category archive have no posts assigned, it displays all posts. It’s supposed to show the “No posts found” text. I’m using the default post type.
If I don’t use bricks on an archive, everything works as expected.
Here’s the query settings;
I have two sites where I cannot get this to work. Any help appreciated.

Hi Stein,
Thanks so much for your report!
“Innlegg” is a custom post type, right?
Best regards,

Hello timmse,
Innlegg is the default wp post. I managed to get it working on one site after creating a new template with exact same settings.
If you want to have a look at the other site which is still faulty, for investigating the issue, I can supply you the login.
Thank you
Stein

Hey,
Does it work if you leave Type and Post Type untouched (reset)? I think that the conditions + the query settings get in the way…
If not, please send us access data and a link to this thread to help@bricksbuilder.io .
Best regards,

Hi Stein,
Thanks a lot for the login credentials!
The issue is related to the populate content setting. I’ve added it to the bug tracker and removed the populate content setting from your archive, so it shows nothing as it should.

Hello timmse,
Thank you for taking a look. I’m happy to contribute.
It’s an easy workaround until it gets fixed.
