[SOLVED] Cannot apply "Single" template to single page

Hey guys! I made a template specifically for the “Cookie Policy” page that the plugin, Complianz auto-generates. I saved the template as “Single”. This is the template:

You can see that I made an “Individual” condition to apply the template to the page “Cookie-Richtlinie (EU)”.

This is the back-end of the page that Complianz created:

And this is the page on the front end:

You can see that the template isn’t applied at all. What am I missing?
