SOLVED: Button "Outline" not displaying correctly in Builder

After updating to Bricks 1.9.9 All of the buttons using the Outline option appear with solid backgrounds in the Bricks Builder. They render correctly on the front end.

DUPLICATE: CSS Problem on buttons with outline and e.g. danger-color
