If I hover over a little square glyph to show what class a property in the style panels is inherited from, when the tool tip card pops up, if I click on the title bar of the tooltip and then hover over the property name on the panel above it, it appears the z-index of the tooltip card changes and goes down behind fields or other things on the style panel.
