Just to make sure if other users have encountered this, When loading the builder, the builder capability notice appears for about 2 seconds and then returns to normal. it has happened 3 times so far.

I can no longer reproduce the problem in the current dev version and assume it has already been solved. If it should also occur in a later version, please report it in this thread.
