SOLVED: Builder Capabilities: «Duplicate elements» does not work properly

Granting the right to «Duplicate elements» makes the «Duplicate» command to show up in the context menu of the structure panel, but has no effect (= the element is not duplicated).

(«Copy/paste elements» does work, however.)
