When hovering over a tooltip in the left settings pane, there’s an overflow issue when scrolling left & right.

Thank you for this report.
Indeed, when there isn’t sufficient space to show the tooltip there is some horizontal scroll.
I’ll add this to our bug tracker to be looked at.
