Hi @stockton, I have the plugin and you are right it does not work and isn’t compatible with Bricks. As @lanzoni.nicola it is not so much a bug but mainly due to compatibility. If I was you I would certainly consider adding it as a feature request to get it working
The strange thing is that only the PRO version is having the issue reported. Is it possible to exclude the Bricks builder URL on the plugin settings? Did you try to get support from the plugin author?
I can confirm that the free version also has this issue
I will write on the plugin’s forum.
** EDIT 2 **
Just got confirmation from the plugin author. He will work on compatibility with bricks in a later release. In the meantime try this: Issues with Bricks Builder | WordPress.org
** EDIT **
Reading the plugin’s debug information, simply passing a parameter will disable the plugin: www.mywebpage.com/?bricks=run&wpacu_no_load and Bricks will work as usual.
www.mywebsite.com/?wpacu_no_load - On any page request if you apply this parameter, it will be like Asset CleanUp is deactivated. The plugin’s menu from the top admin bar (if shown), will also get hidden.
