SOLVED: Ampersand character in custom field with select filter does not work

Using bricks 1.11, I have a query loop on a page displaying a list of posts.
Amongst others, I am using a select filter to narrow down the list using a custom field. Some of the meta key values contain an ampersand character. When I select such options in the select filter nothing is displayed from the list.

Hi @stochastic,

thank you for your bug report. We already know about this bug and (if I see correctly), it should be fixed in the next version.
I’ll add this forum topic to the report, so that it will be updated one we release the fix.

We’ve fixed this in Bricks 1.12 BETA, now available as a manual download (Bricks – Account)

Please let us know if you are still experiencing issues.

As with any beta release, please do not use it on a production/live website. It is only meant for testing in a local or staging environment.
