SOLVED: ACF Flexible Layouts not rendering v-1-9-1

Bricks: v-1-9-1

Hey Bricks Family,

Anyone else noticing issues with Flexible Content not rendering with Bricks 1.9.1? I cloned a current build to test out some new features but upon loading the page, noticed broken layouts/dynamic data.

Developing on local so there is no caching but saved permalinks, disabled Bricks theme and re-activated, resaved the page meta, etc. No luck now and there is zero difference between the two sites. See attached.

ACF Flexible Layouts and meta fields not rendering

Repeater Content contained inside the “process” page section not appearing.

@FranklyCo This only affects the nested flexible content query loop output, right? The root loops are working as expected?

Could you email us (help@bricksbuilder.io) some WordPress admin login details + the exact URL on which this issue occurs so we can upload a potential fix to your site? Thank you.

Certainly, all set. Just sent login access and more notes.

Correct - the root layout loops appear to be working fine (although they are being duplicated in the builder, not on front end), this appears to only affect ACF flexible content output of contained repeater fields. You’ll notice in the page admin that there are multiple layout options to choose and that the repeater for the “Process layout” is populated with data and works in v1.9.

Go ahead and update Bricks from 1.9 to 1.9.1 in the site that I provided login access to and then notice how those are broken and not being displayed anymore. Let me know if we are missing any steps or details on our end

Thank you for investigating! Looking forward to your findings.

I’m having the same issue with repeaters now not working inside flexible content.
The root loop is working but the repeater is displaying the same content for each root section.
I’m meant to be launching this site today, but I can’t because of this issue.

Hi

see this:

They have a fix that I believe they will release very soon.

Cheers
