  1. is it just with me or why is Ship to different Address always expanded even though the box is not ticked?

  2. why are in the order review items, subtotal etc. properly aligned when checking the template it self but not when checked on the actual checkout page (p1 template / p2 checkout page)

Hi Markus,
Thank you very much for your report and sorry for the late reply.

  1. I was able to reproduce the issue and added it to our bug tracker.
  2. Seems to be already fixed in my dev version.

Best regards,
timmse

Can I add a few things to this?

  1. No shipping options/amounts visible

  2. Default button stylings not applied

  3. Stripe form stylings messed up

  4. Place order button doesn’t do anything (on my installation). No console or network requests or validation messages.

Hello @james

Could you please check if you have set any Template condition in the WooCommerce - Checkout template part? If so, please remove it and see if it fixes the issues.

Hi @luistinygod ,

This is my template with no template conditions. However, if I don’t add a template condition then the template does not show.

Do I have to do anything with the Woo checkout page?

I am getting the same problem I can’t get the credit card entry to work
has anybody found a fix for this?

Hey Peter,
What specific payment provider/method/plugin do you use?

Here is a screenshot of all the plugins I have

Hey Peter,
Can you please check if you can get the WooCommerce Payments (Credit Card) to work with another theme? I also fail with e.g. the 2023 standard theme.

brick support helped me figure it out I was not using the shortcode. I put the same elements on the page and the temple when I needed to put the woocommerce cart element into the template and then put the short code [woocommerce_checkout] into the page using the shortcode element. so that fixed it!

All right, good to know
