Add keyboard shortcut “Ctrl Shift+v” to paste style only.
Now we can paste things by Ctrl+v. Add one more keyboard shortcut to paste style only of copied like MS-Word.

I have another suggestion. What do you think about something like this?
The copy option(just leave one Copy in the context menu) copies the elements and styles. Then, we can choose paste elements or paste styles only.
So, we won’t see Copy Styles in the context menu. Then the dev can add another option there. 
I guess no rocking the boat here, the same way Elementor approaches this would be suitable. One copy and then paste either the clipboard or the style…

Yes i am saying what you have wrote,
No copy style in context menu.
In context menu there should be one copy option
And two paste option
- Paste copied elements
- Paste Style (only).
And add keyboard shortcut Ctrl+shift+D for paste style only.

Though copy styles seems to be missing … please allow me to give a litte advice:
In most cases copying styles is not even necessary and not the best/recommended solution. Just use classes and add classes to the second element.
Way more scalable …
Yeah, but “Copy styles” also copies classes afaik.
