Shortcut for Link Padding instead of click to link. like (Ctrl +)

Request?: To add a shortcut key for linking padding top and bottom for ease of use.
Why?: Sometimes it is more difficult to click on link icon for smaller elements.
Downsides?: I don’t see any. It’s a great life improvement I think.
