I think the dedicated logo element should be set with loading=eager attribute to avoid layout shift.

You could tie it in with this - Roadmap – Bricks
The solution could be to have a meta select field: fetch-type as a setting for the image element (or any element that uses images) with the options of eager and lazy that way could apply it to above-the-fold images too.
They may want to name it something simpler for those not experienced with the terminology, such as Lazy Load with the options: Yes & No (Yes meaning lazy & No meaning Eager).
