When saving template data the floppy-disk-spinner top-right (aka save-button : ) is spinning for a long time and then errors out: Error on save: HTTP code 500. Normally the post data will show up as I entered it in the template. But it’s still a bit scary… Has anyone experienced this too?
Activate WordPress debug log and see if some error pops up.
Check WordPress settings. Is there enough memory available?
Re-save your permalinks.
Check file rights on your server.
Disable plugins to see if they might cause an error.
The long time waiting hints at a timeout. I once had a file rights issue on my server. Don’t know what’s the cause of it. The hosting had a tool to check and fix it.

It’s FlyingPress that has an timeout issue with woocommerce… I don’t even have woocommerce installed.
