Remove backdrop from popup completely

Hello there,

please add for the popup template the option to remove the backdrop entirely, so that the popup element doesn’t cover the whole site.
Desired effect: The site can be used normally while the popup is shown (scrolling, clicking buttons, selecting text).
Applications for this are: cookie banners, info messages in the corner, etc.

I guess this is still wish list? Need to hack to that one out right now

A solution for now is this (the popup should open up at 60% scroll here so you can set it to whatever you want):
