Query Loop ACF Repeater with Pagination

I have a query loop with an ACF repeater fields. But is there a way to add 'posts_per_page" with this? I only want to show 3 repeaters, not all them. Ideally, I would like to use a Load More as well. When using an ACF repeater in a query loop there are not customizations to add like when using a post or post type. Is there a workaround here?
