Currently it seems paragraph elements have a ‘hard-coded’ bottom margin of 1.2em, with no way to override that in Theme Styles.

i tested basic text and rich text blocks
they don’t seem to have any default bottom margins set.
am I missing something…
No, you’re not missing something. I’m not talking about the text and rich text blocks, didn’t mention them in this post.
I’m saying the ‘HTML paragraph’ element has a bottom margin set (1.2em by default in Bricks in Bricks CSS) which I might not want in my site’s typography styles. I might want a different bottom margin. And I’d like to be able to set that in my Theme Styles, without custom CSS.
The text and rich text blocks elements are not the HTML paragraph element.
I believe @mrdavefoy is talking about this which happens when having a p tag followed by an h tag.
