Product categories query loop sort by name does not work

Hi to everyone,

I have a query loop to show product categories in a page but I can’t make sort order work. I don’t know if it’s relevant but I have only some terms selected manually. Here is a screenshot with the options in builder.

My second problem is that product category images are not displaying in the builder but are OK in the front end (https://lamdamedical.gr/proionta/)
