Post title element doesn't respect get_the_archive_title Wordpress filter

Hi,

When using get_the_archive_title WP filter to alter posts category page titles, nothing happens when using post title element. Title is unchanged.
If I check context option, “Category:” is added as a prefix, but I need more customization.

However, the filter is working when using {archive_title} dynamic shortcode, so at least there is a workaround with the help of the new (greatly achieved) condition logic.

But still, post element should respect standard WP filters :wink:
