Popups not listed in Polylang primary language

When I try to target a popup from a page or template in the primary language set in Polylang no popups are showing in the dropdown. It just says “Nothing found”.

Note: I have set the popup’s condition to “Entire website”.

I’ve also tried triggering the popup using JS, and on closer inspection I see the popup isn’t in the DOM.

Ok, this appears to have worked: delete the condition for the popup to appear on the entire website, and re-create it. Then delete the condition for the button to trigger it and re-create that too.
