Having some trouble trying to get this to work, and I’m probably just missing something. I"m wanting a popup to appear once a page is loaded. I’m not quite sure where to apply the interaction, so I put it on the base/root section of the page. Below is what the interaction looks like. Am I close?
Since it’s been a year, I assume you’ve already solved the problem yourself. But for anyone else facing the same issue — check the interaction settings on the popup section instead of the page-level interaction settings.
Open the Popup Template and go to Settings
Navigate to Template Setting > Popup > Interaction
Set the interaction as “Trigger: Content Load“ and “Action: Show Element“
