Hello bricks team,
Like elementor, the Avoid Multiple Popups feature is very useful. When a popup opens, the previous popup is hidden.

Hello @jolia,
what would be a use case for this? How did you open multiple popups at once, do you have an example?
Thanks,
Matej
Hi @Matej
There are many scenarios for this feature. For example, please see this link. Two seconds after the page loads, a popup appears. Now, if you click on the button, two pop-ups will be displayed at the same time.
If the Avoid Multiple Popups feature is enabled, when you click the button, the previous pop-up will be hidden immediately after the new pop-up appears. In general, this feature ensures that two popups are never displayed on the screen at the same time, to improve the user experience.
Having no popups at all would greatly improve the user experience, in my opinion.
BTW your link just prompts for a login so of no use.
Honestly, I disagree. Especially on e-commerce websites, using pop will even affect sales. Or will you not use this feature when it is released? I think in the future, pop-ups in bricks will be much more efficient than now. For example, displaying WooCommerce notifications as popups.

If I’m not mistaken, the bricks team can access the content. I’ve used the same link twice before and they were able to view the content of the page.
Hi @jolia,
I’ve talked with the team, and we agreed that it’s best if you add it to the Idea board.. So let’s do that, and see how many upvotes it gets ![]()
Best reagrds,

Hi @Matej
Thanks for reviewing this report. I posted it on the idea board now. thank you
Hey @Matej , was this feature ever put on the wishlist board? The ideas board? I can’t seem to find it.
To be fair, I can’t see a single reason why would you want to have multiple popups opened at the same time, so it would only make sense, that when you open a new popup, then it automatically closes your previously opened popup, so it’s only one popup opened at the time.
I 100% agree with @jolia on this one, and I ended up here looking for the same thing.
Hi @Bloggs,
It looks like the idea was not published or not received at that time. However, we just added it at the link below, and it’s now available for voting.
Thank you,
Matej
Many thanks @Matej , I appreciate that.
