Pop-up Limit setting

Good evenig, lovely peaople.

I’ve incounterd a glitch (possibly) or I’m missing something. In either way, I need you wisdom.

The situation:

  1. After loading or reloading the page the pop-up should appear (any page of the website). 5 times per 1 day.
    For example, I open the Main page - see a pop-up 1st time. I close it, open new page (or reload this one) - 2nd time pop-up and so on. After 5th time - there will be no pop-ups for another 24 hours.

But when I try to set it up, I see pop-up only 1 time. And after reloading the page, the 2nd time pop-up doesn’t appear.

Did I mess up the settings or is it a bug?
