Poor Google Page Speed Score On Mobile

Hi all - I’m dealing with an issue of poor page speed score on google page speed insights due mostly to a terrible LCP score. I’ve tried a bunch of things to fix the issue, but have been unsuccessful (different caching methods, rules, etc. Currently back to where I started). Can anyone provide some feedback/suggestions? Score is one thing but real experience is better. I accessed the site both from desktop and mobile. Loading was instant and no LCP issue, redraw, flash or whatsoever. Clean.
