I tried manually translating this particular string using Loco Translate, but with no success.
Any idea what is causing this?
P.S. I have already opened this topic in the How-To section, but many days have past with no answer, so I reported this behaviour in this section as well.
Does this mean that you found the string, and translated it, yet the translation is not taking effect? or did you not find the string at all?
If possible you could also share temporary admin access to help@bricksbuilder.io with a link to this forum thread using the same email address you used to purchase Bricks so we can investigate this.
Exactly, I found the string “Addresses” both in Polylang > Plugins > Woocommerce and in Polylang > Themes > Bricks/Bricks Child Theme. I translated in Greek (Διευθύνσεις is the greek word), but no change took effect.
Sharing temporary admin access means that i must create a user with admin rights and send the credentials to help@bricksbuilder.io? And where should i use the same email address i used to purchase Bricks? In the email field of the new admin user i will create? (Sorry if this question seems silly, I haven’t encountered this before).
Regarding the admin access, I meant that you can send us an email containing the login credentials to your website & a link to this forum thread URL using the email address you used to purchase Bricks.
Thank you for sharing access. Yeah, I don’t see anything wrong with your Bricks or Polylang setup. However, after some digging, it looks like this string is a cause of trouble for many WooCommerce users in general, not specific to Bricks. These are some of the reports I found:
