Plugins that change the content do not work in Bricks

Hi, I’m new to Bricks and I’ve noticed that two WP plugins that I’ve loved using so far don’t work with Bricks:

• wp-Typography – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org - The typography enhancements don’t work;
• Prismatic – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org - Syntax highlighting is not applied.

Is it necessary to add filters in the Bricks-Child-Theme?
