Plans for extensive WooCommerce integration?

Are there any concrete plans for a comprehensive WooCommerce update?

I’m currently in the process of developing another WooCommerce shop, and unfortunately, the workflow with Bricks is still a disaster. The customer area in particular is very cumbersome to develop.

There are options for the checkout process with third-party plugins, but the customer area is really a problem at the moment (e.g., too few endpoints and too aggressive Bricks style).

I also can’t understand why things like “animations” or “parallax effect” or “entry animations” are being developed before the basics for WooCommerce have been properly developed.

(Okay, yes, I know, it was voted on that way.)

And now AI is getting in the way and is even being prioritized. I know that being able to say “Includes AI features” is a great marketing tool for the website. But I don’t know if it really offers that much added value in the end compared to a reasonable WooCommerce integration.

I’m also looking forward to new WooCommerce features like modular checkout. But given Bricks’ update cycles, I suspect it won’t be available for at least another 7 months.
